Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions govern all payment, invoicing, and purchase authorizations executed through Dr. VR’s Supplements. Completion of checkout constitutes legal consent to these terms.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, the customer authorizes:

  • Full transaction processing through designated payment gateways
  • Fraud analysis, billing verification, and identity authentication
  • Charge settlement through the original financial instrument used at checkout

All transactions must be completed using valid and authorized payment methods.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Major credit and debit cards

Additional payment platforms may be introduced pending security confirmation and compliance approval.

Billing Accuracy

Customer is responsible for providing accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled if:

  • Billing address does not match card issuer records
  • Fraud scoring or identity markers generate alerts
  • Unauthorized card use is suspected

We reserve the right to request verification documentation prior to releasing orders.

Currency & Charges

All billing is processed in USD unless displayed otherwise.

Pricing remains subject to adjustment without advance notice due to raw material fluctuation, logistical variables, or cost regulation updates.

Any transaction totals displayed at checkout include product cost and applicable tax calculations, where required by jurisdiction.

Declined Transactions

If a payment is declined:

  • The order will not proceed until the customer submits an alternate valid payment method
  • The system may automatically void the pending request if verification cannot be completed

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargeback filings or intentional claim manipulation may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Order cancellation
  • Restriction of future purchasing privileges

All billing disputes should be directed to customer support prior to bank involvement to allow resolution review.

Refund Settlement

Refund processing follows the structure outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
