This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns may be processed and refunds may be issued for purchases made through Dr. VR’s Supplements.

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

After 30 days, return requests will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

A product qualifies for return if:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The original order details can be verified (order number, name, email)

Products may be returned in any condition.

External packaging integrity is not required for processing.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, the customer must submit a written request via email.

Please include:

  • Customer Name
  • Order Number
  • Contact Email

Once verified, return instructions and the authorized return address will be provided.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is initiated and paid by the customer.
  • At this time, scheduled pickup or in-person return services are not available.
  • The customer may use any reliable courier service.

Refund Conditions

A refund will be issued under the following conditions:

  • The item has been shipped back to the address provided by customer support
  • The return has been received and reviewed

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

Refund Timeline

  • Review of the returned item: up to 3 business days
  • Issuance of refund: upon completion of review
  • Bank or card posting timeline: typically 5–7 business days, depending on the financial institution

Non-Returnable Circumstances

A return will not be approved if:

  • The return request exceeds the 30-day window
  • The product cannot be matched to an existing order record

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, the customer must:

  • Provide clear photographs of the external packaging and internal product
  • Submit them via email within 3 business days of confirmed delivery

A replacement or refund determination will be made after review.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested before the order is shipped.
  • Once the order has left the fulfillment facility, cancellations are no longer possible and will instead follow the return process described above.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Confirm delivery with the carrier.
  2. Check building management, mailrooms, or reception if applicable.
  3. If still unresolved, contact customer support for next-step documentation.

Resolution outcome will depend on carrier findings and validation.

Phone-based return requests are not accepted.
