At Dr. VR’s Supplements, we aim to make your wellness journey seamless from checkout to delivery. Every order is handled with care, verified for quality, and dispatched promptly to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed same day or next business day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping (coming soon)

At this time, shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Express and international shipping options will be introduced as we expand fulfillment capabilities.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping options for Canada will be announced shortly.

Delivery times may vary during holiday peaks, weather delays, or mail carrier disruptions beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email.
  2. When the order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment anytime using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

If you need to make changes:

  • Address edits cannot be made after the package has shipped.
  • If changes are needed, contact us immediately after placing your order at contact@drvrsupplements.com

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or mail rooms first.
  • If still missing, contact carrier support and then notify us.

We will assist with documentation but are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Carrier errors or delays
  • Theft after confirmed delivery

Replacement options may be reviewed case-by-case, depending on carrier investigation.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the package and seal before opening.
  2. Photograph any damaged product inside.
  3. Email images + order number to contact@drvrsupplements.com within 3 business days.

We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution depending on product condition and carrier findings.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unclaimed delivery
  • Refusal at door

Reshipment fees or deductions may apply.

International Shipping

Currently not offered.

As we expand fulfillment capabilities, future international options will list:

  • Shipping cost
  • Estimated delivery windows
  • Duty/tax handling
  • Customs fees responsibility per destination

Until then, Dr. VR’s Supplements fulfills U.S. shipments only.

Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, etc.), delivery windows may extend by 2–5 additional business days due to courier volume.
